Samart Infonet Co., Ltd., a leading provider of Internet and integrated digital technology services under Samart Telcoms Public Company Limited, has been awarded five international standard certifications for its SAFE Cloud service by BSI Group (Thailand), the local branch of the UK-based British Standards Institution, a globally recognized organization that helps companies meet international best practices in quality, safety, and management systems.
This milestone strengthens Samart Infonet’s security and reliability standards, ensuring that SAFE Cloud meets international best practices in management, security controls, and personal data protection, and positions the company to become a government cloud provider under Thailand’s Cloud First Policy, which encourages public agencies to adopt secure and internationally certified cloud services.
The certifications awarded include:
•ISO/IEC 27001: Information Security Management System
•CSA STAR: Cloud Security Standard for Service Providers
•ISO/IEC 27701: Privacy Information Management System
•ISO/IEC 27018: Protection of Personal Data in Public Cloud Services
•ISO/IEC 20000-1: IT Service Management System
Achieving all five certifications reflects Samart Infonet’s commitment to delivering a secure, reliable, and internationally standardized cloud service, giving both government and private sector customers confidence in the stability and long-term scalability of SAFE Cloud.

Both parties also celebrated the company’s success in meeting all relevant cloud service standards during the assessment.
The certification process was supported by Secure Info Co., Ltd., which acted as an advisory partner for information security management, providing close guidance and consulting throughout.
